However, there's always more than one way to "skin a cat"... and there is a Method that is just as Powerful and Targeted as SEO... But it's often over-looked and under-used.

Referral Marketing (or Referral Advertising)

Just as Powerful... but a whole lot easier than SEO (No Research or Testing Needed with this method)

What is Referral Marketing?

Having been self-employed for almost all of my adult life I realized, rather quickly, that Referrals were the life-blood of my businesses. Tell everybody you know about it? I bet you did! it's Human Nature to Share Good "Stuff" with your Friends, Family and just about everybody else you converse with. Referral Marketing is simply using this knowledge of human nature to Make More Sales, Get More Visitors, and Find More Leads. For any Business, whether Online or Offline, a Single Good Referral from one Happy Customer has the power to make you at least five to ten more sales. It is the principle method that Builds both your Brand and your Product Awareness in any community, especially an Online community. If you provide your Site, Blog and Profile Visitors with Useful and Unique Content (information)... they Will talk about you to other people... and that's a Powerful and Totally FREE Advertising Strategy.

The entire Affiliate Marketing industry is a form of Referral Advertising. Affiliates use creative strategies to Refer people to a business, product or service. The better you are at referring, the more money you make in commissions.

How do I get More Referrals?

Once I begin discussing Referral Advertising, inevitably, people will begin Searching Google for some kind of system. Stop... don't do it! Most Online Referral programs will have you jumping through hoops and giving them your cash. Referral Exchanges are usually a huge waste of Time and Money... and none of us have either to spare these days. It's hard enough to make time in my day for Building Quality Content and Making Friends and Followers...
